Refund Policy

We want returns to be simple and fast. Here’s exactly how it works.

Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need your order number or purchase proof.

Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

Start a Return (Chat with us)

  1. Go to our website and open the chat (chat bubble at the bottom-right).
  2. Choose “Start a Return.”
  3. Share your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  4. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear packing & drop-off instructions right in the chat.

Return shipping: For defective, damaged, or wrong items, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, we’ll show shipping options (and any applicable cost) before you confirm the return.

Damages or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order on arrival and start a chat right away if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may ask for photos so we can make it right quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest option is to return the original item via chat. Once it’s approved, place a new order for the item you want. (We’ll help you do this in the chat.)

Refunds

We’ll notify you in chat once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
